When I say online I am talking about SBI Online which is the internet banking portal of the bank. So to proceed further you should have your internet banking account details with you. I mean the username and the password to log in.

Steps to Download SBI Education Loan Interest Certificate

If you have taken an education loan from the State Bank of India and now need to download the education loan interest certificate. Then you can easily download it for free of cost with the help of the Internet Banking portal of the bank. (SBI Online)
- Visit the official website of the State Bank of India.
Here are using the internet banking portal of the bank which can be only accessed with the help of the official website of the bank. So the first thing to do is open the browser you use on your computer. And visit the official website of the State Bank of India.
- Click on the Login button under Personal Banking.
When you visit the official website of SBI Online, there is a personal banking section on the homepage itself. Click on the “Login” button which can be found under the personal banking section of the homepage.
- Enter your Username, Password, and click on the Login button.
After clicking the logging button you will be shown the dos and don’ts while using internet banking. Read them carefully and click on the “Continue to Login” button. Then you will see the fields to enter your username and password. Enter the details and click on the “Login” button.
- Click on e-Services.
Now you have to click on the e-Services button that can be found in the top menu bar of the internet banking interface.
- Click on My Certificates.
All the e-Services that can be used with the help of internet banking will be displayed on your screen. Here you want to download the education loan certificate. So click on “My Certificates”.
- Select Education Loan Interest Certificate.
There are many types of interest certificates that can be downloaded online using SBI Online provided you have a respective loan account. Since you want to download an interest certificate for an education loan. Click on “Education Loan Interest Certificate”
- Select the Education Loan Account Number.
All the education loan accounts that are active with you will be displayed on your screen. Now select the account number whose interest certificate you want to download.
- Click on View/Download in PDF.
In the last step after selecting the account number, you have to click on the “View/Download” button to save the interest certificate in PDF format locally on your computer.
