It is very important to add a nominee for your bank account. And usually when we open a new account with any of the banks. And in case we don’t give the details of the nominee to the bank. Then after a few days, we start receiving messages from the bank asking us to add a nominee. But then after adding it you are also allowed to view or check the nomination details online.

Steps to View or Check SBI Nomination Details Online

If you have submitted the details of the nominee for your State Bank of India account. Then you can view or check the nomination details online. This can be done by using the “Request and Enquiries” section of internet banking.
- Visit the official website of the State Bank of India in your computer’s browser.
The first thing you have to do is visit the official website of the bank. Here we are using the internet banking service of SBI. So make sure that you are using a desktop or laptop computer.
- Click on the Login button on the homepage of SBI.
There is a login button on the homepage of the bank. This button can be found under the personal banking section. You have to click on this button to proceed to the login page.
- Enter your account details and click on the Login button.
You will be redirected to a new page to enter your account’s username and password. After entering the password solve the image captcha for verification. And click on the “Login” button.
- Click on Request & Enquiries.
Once you login into your internet banking account. There is a top menu in the dashboard. Click on the “Request & Enquiries” option in the top menu.
- Click on Online Nomination.
All the requests and enquiries you can make with the help of internet banking will be listed on your screen. You have to click on the “Online Nomination” option.
- Click on Inquire Nomination.
There are three tabs in the online nomination section. And they are Register, Inquire, and Cancel. Select “Inquire Nomination” by clicking on it.
- Select Your Account Number and Click on Continue.
All the accounts that you have with the State Bank of India will be displayed to you. Now select the account whose nomination details you want to check.
- Read, Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click on Submit.
There are some terms and conditions of the bank which you need to accept. Read them carefully, understand them. And if you agree then accept and click on the “Submit” button.
- The Nomination Details will be Displayed to You.
As soon as you agree to the terms and conditions and click on the “Submit” button. The nominee details for the select bank account will be displayed to you.
